About Digimed
Digimed is an innovative telemedicine ecosystem which bridges the communication gap between medical service providers and patients, enhancing patient healthcare, whilst allowing for new data storage and access methods to medical professionals, patients, and other stakeholders such as health insurers.
Digimed facilitates telemedicine consultations, whilst allowing patients to view, control and share their historical medical records. These records are known as EHRs – Electronic Health Records, or also as EMRs – Electronic Medical Records.
Digimed also provides a structured e-Prescription system. This allows doctors to fully complete a consultation and any required prescriptions within the Digimed platform, following which a patient may utilise the e-Prescription at any Digimed Partner Pharmacy.
The platform has therefore established itself as a comprehensive, multifunctional and professional telemedicine healthcare ecosystem, allowing patients, healthcare professionals and pharmacies to access a wide offer of health-related services one place.
